Goods ordered through the e-shop can be returned within 14 days of purchase - either in person by prior arrangement or by sending them to the address above. Simply fill out this form and send it together with the returned goods. Returned products must be unused, clean, and must have all original tags and undamaged original packaging. Goods returned cash on delivery will not be accepted. If a gift is included with the ordered goods, the customer must return it when returning the goods. If you are unable to print the form, simply rewrite it in a simple format. In any case, it must be placed inside the package with the returned goods for identification.
