Bank transfer

Payment details, including a QR code for faster payment, will always be sent to you via email, along with the order confirmation.

Cash on delivery

You will pay for the goods upon receiving the package. Payment can be made in cash or by card. The cash on delivery fee is 50 CZK.

Online payment

Payments are handled by the COMGATE payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secure, and all information is encrypted.

Card payment

The quickest way to pay online. Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC code into the ComGate Payment Gateway interface – three numbers found on the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you will likely be asked to enter a numerical code that you will receive via SMS from your bank.

Bank transfer payment

Immediate payment via online banking. The ComGate Payment Gateway will redirect you to your online banking, where you log in as usual and confirm the prepared payment order.

Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed immediately, and we will proceed with order fulfillment without delay.

DEFERRED PAYMENT via the COMGATE payment gateway

The e-shop customer now has the option to buy immediately and pay later. Deferred payment for up to 30 days is interest-free. The e-shop receives the funds immediately after the purchase. We provide this service in cooperation with Equa Bank and MALLPAY.

Approval of payment takes place online within seconds. The payer is notified of successful verification by email from Equa Bank or Mallpay, along with payment information.

The customer has the option to pay interest-free within 30 days or choose to pay in installments. The maximum amount for deferred payment is 25,000 CZK.

Cash on delivery payments are possible for orders up to 7,000 CZK incl. VAT, then also up to 500 CZK. Other payments must be made in advance by bank transfer or online payment.

Packaging is also important to us. We exclusively use recycled packaging materials. We do not use plastic tape so that the boxes can be recycled further! Any plastic fillings used are also already recycled, so we send them for further use :) If you want or need to return boxes to us, we are very happy to accept them back.
