Every return of goods does not please us – not only because of the costs but especially because it means unnecessary strain on the environment. 📦💚

Therefore, we kindly ask you: don’t order unnecessarily and take advantage of our help in advance! We are here for you and happy to advise you on your selection so that the product truly suits you, and you won’t need to deal with an exchange or return. How does the exchange work? 🔄

🔹 The product must be in its original condition – clean, undamaged, in the original packaging with all labels.

🔹 If you want to exchange the product, write to us within 14 days of receipt, and we’ll find the best solution together.

Returning Goods – Decide Carefully 🤔

We know that online shopping is not always easy, which is why you have the option to return goods within 14 days. However, we kindly ask you to order thoughtfully.

Every return means unnecessary waste, additional shipping, and unnecessary ecological burden.

✔ Carefully verify the size and product descriptions.
✔ If you need more information, feel free to ask, we’ll happily provide it.

🚫 What cannot be returned?

Used or soiled products. Please test with the utmost care.

Bits – for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if they have been removed from the packaging.

Products that have been tested beyond regular use (e.g., saddle on a horse, blanket outside, etc.).

📌 Returns are only possible with the original packaging and labels. If the product is not in resalable condition, we may reduce the refunded amount as per the law.

✅ How to return goods?

Simply send the product back to our address. There is no need to contact us in advance if you meet the 14-day period.

If you’re unsure about the deadline, just send us an email to notify us of your withdrawal from the contract. After that, you have another 14 days to deliver the package.
