RECOMMENDED USE The active infrared unit reaches its internal temperature within minutes and provides constant long-wave infrared heat that is very pleasant, soothing and relaxing for muscles and connective tissue. The device has an integrated button and the Active Infrared Heat can be set in 3 levels to ensure the most comfortable experience.
