When will my order arrive?

For each product, the delivery time is specified. This time is approximate, depending on the availability of the goods from the manufacturer. In most cases, we manage to deliver the goods earlier. In case of delays in transportation, we inform you promptly. Orders may also be delayed due to public holidays when shipping is not operational.

Products that we have in stock and are ordered on business days before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. Usually, the delivery is made the following business day when choosing PPL/DHL oder DPD courier within the Czech Republic. Other countries may take +1-5 days.

We only ship packages on business days.

We do our utmost to deliver everything as soon as possible. In exceptional cases, we may not be able to deliver the goods on time or at all. We would inform you of this promptly. If there is a delay in a part of the order, we dispatch the goods in multiple parcels. Of course, we inform you about this. You pay shipping only once.

Goods can be paid for by cash on delivery, online card payment, or e-payment directly from your bank account via the COMGATE payment gateway, which loads automatically after selecting the payment method. You can also pay by bank transfer to our account; we usually see the payment immediately, at the latest within 24 hours. A service for deferred payments has now been introduced, allowing you to take out a short-term loan. This is interest-free if repaid on time.
